We try to anticipate questions you might have about our products/services and provide the answers here. If you need additional information please visit our contact us page.

Delivery:
Delivery is available anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. In most cases, delivery can be arranged overseas as well. We will be happy to provide pricing for delivery to you.

On an order of $1,000 or more, we have free delivery to anywhere within 25 miles of our store!

On our books and brochures, postage is already included in the price.

Can I pick up the furniture myself?
Yes. Just bring a suitable vehicle and packing blankets. The
furniture is not cartoned or packaged when we recieve it.
If you don't have packing blankets, you can buy them from us
for $15 a peice, and get your money refunded if you bring
them back.

How should I clean my furniture?
Please visit our Furniture Care page for instructions on cleaning and caring for you furniture.

4.
What kind of finish does your furniture have, will it last, and will water  and other household items hurt it?
Please visit our Furniture Care page, and look at the Protect the Finish section.

If the furniture I order is not in stock, how long will it take to be built?
Most items will take 8-10 weeks, but some may take longer. If you need a specific time please fill out our price request form and put a note in there about wanting to know how long it will take.

Will the furniture I purchase come with a guarantee?
We stand behind every piece of furniture we offer. Should the furniture you purchase from us be defective in either material or workmanship, simply return it to us and we will repair it at no charge to you. If you would prefer to have us pick up and return it to you following the repair, a transportation fee will be charged. In the event that damage due to negligence or misuse occurs, we will be happy to repair damage where possible, for a nominal charge.


Upholstery is not warrantied, because all fabric either wears out or tears sometime. We should be able to replace the fabric for you if it does where out though.

What is your return policy?
Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged in shipping we will, at our option, have the item repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
